O’ngo Food organized, coordinated and marketed the campaign to promote the European Union Quality labels to Korea.
Chef Jia Choi was invited by Koppert Cress, fresh retail, Rungis, Nice to Meat, the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to teach a series of classes to Norwegian chefs and food professionals.
O’ngo Food Communications created a one-month professional Korean cooking program for chef professors from all over the world. During their one-month program, they learned many classic Korean dishes and the food philosophy. The chefs also learned at the Jeonju Culinary Institute.
